Kwik Supply offers free shipping for all customers that have an account with us.
We will deliver your order within 3-5 business day after you received order confirmation with the exception of special-order items.
Depending on the product, shipments will either be drop shipped to your location or delivered via Kwik Supply Fleet. Someone must be present at end location to accept Kwik Supply fleet deliveries.
Truck deliveries do not require loading dock.

We currently service all provinces in Canada except for Northwest Territories and Atlantic Provinces.

If item is approved for return, we will request the item be shipped back to Kwik Supply.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Returns beyond 30 days from the time of your order will not be accepted.
The order packing slip (included with shipment) or e-receipt are required for proof of purchase and price.
You may return or exchange any stock item in its original condition. If you believe an item was damaged in transit or defective in any way, please write us an email within 48 hours, including pictures and we will refund your order within 3-5 business days after the item is returned back to Kwik Supply.
Kwik Supply is not responsible for shipping, handling, and other additional charges for returned items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Clearance sales, Personal protective Equipment and special order products are final sale. They cannot be returned or cancelled unless defective from the manufacturer and the return is approved by the manufacturer.
